  • What payment methods are accepted ?

    We accept the following payment methods : Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, American Express, Sofort and Bank Transfer (not available for the UK).

    For UK PayPal account holders, you can take advantage of 3x free payment between £30 and £2000.

    Our site is protected by the HTTPS protocol, which guarantees the total confidentiality of your information. We use the 3D Secure authentication protocol for online payments.

  • How to pay 3x free with PayPal ? (UK only)

    For Paypal account holders in the UK, you can take advantage of 3x payment without charge for payments between £30 and £2,000, subject to acceptance by PayPal.

    This payment facility is independent of Cardio Depot and we are not responsible if your request is refused by PayPal.
    The first instalment will be taken at the time of purchase, followed by instalments spread over 2 months.

  • Can I buy it without VAT ?

    Yes, if the delivery is made within the EU and you provide us with your intra-community VAT number when ordering. You will also be exempt from VAT if your delivery is made outside the EU.

    If you are in the UK, you will not have to pay VAT on our website, but when the package arrives in your country (current country rate).

  • Can you send me my invoice again ?

    Yes, you can contact our customer service by e-mail or by chat to have your invoice resent. Invoices are only sent in digital format

  • How can I return my order ?

    The right of withdrawal does not apply to professionals, except in exceptional cases, under Article L. 221-3 of the French Consumer Code.

    Only valid for private individuals :

    You have the right to withdraw within 14 days from the date of receipt of your package and obtain a refund (shipping costs excluded). 

    To make a return, you simply need to contact our customer service by chat or e-mail, who will explain the procedure to you. The costs of returns in the case of a retraction are at the buyer's expense. 

    The product must be returned new, unused and in its original packaging. If this is not done, the customer will lose his right of withdrawal and the product will be returned at his expense.

  • I received the wrong product, what should I do ?

    Even if our order pickers do their utmost to offer you a quality service, an error may occur. In this case, we invite you to inform our customer service in order to organise the exchange and delivery of the product ordered

  • I have not received my order in full, what should I do?

    First of all, we invite you to contact our customer service. It is possible that your order is divided into several parcels and that one of the parcels is still in transit. 

    It is also possible that one of the items in your order is backordered due to a delay in delivery by our suppliers beyond our control. In these cases, this will be written on your delivery note and sent to you as soon as possible.

    Metropolitan France and overseas territories, Corsica, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain (including Canary Islands and Balearic Islands), Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Republic of Ireland, Iceland, Italy ( including Sardinia and Sicily), Liechtenstein, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Monaco, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal (including Azores and Madeira), Czech Republic, Romania, United Kingdom, Serbia and -Montenegro, Slovakia, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey.

  • Which transporters do you work with ?

    For Ireland and the United Kingdom, we ship with "Colissimo".  Handling of the parcel by the carrier "Parcelforce" upon arrival in the UK and "An Post" in Ireland.

    For other countries, we work with the carrier GLS

    For delivery on pallets, we work with the carrier Geodis.

  • How do I track my order ?

    Once your parcel has been shipped, an email is sent to you with a link that will redirect you to the carrier's website. This will allow you to follow the progress of your order.

  • How long does it take to deliver my order?

    For products in stock, delivery is estimated on average 5 to 6 working days

    For other products awaiting restocking, an average delivery time of 10 working days is given. Do not hesitate to contact us for more information.

  • What are the shipping costs ?

    The shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of your order and the country of delivery

    We invite you to simply add your products to the cart to know the shipping costs that will be applied to your order. 

    The following countries benefit from free delivery from 180€ of purchase : Ireland, Netherlands, Portugal, Germany, Austria, Denmark.

  • What if I am not present at the time of delivery ?

    If you are not available at the time of delivery, the parcel will be presented a second time

    Unfortunately, we cannot estimate the delivery schedule since it depends on the delivery driver's round.
